Such people fail to understand that the scope of improvement does not mean you have failed in life until now. It simply means you need to maintain a balance between complacency and action toward becoming a better version of yourself.

A language of trust, To create the future we desire we need a spiritual language; we must speak from the heart and in the language of the soul – a language of trust, faith and higher values, of inner growth, love and listening. You can do it by preparing a list of things that put you down and write for yourself a step by step action plan to get away from them.
