Curd– 1 cup
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder- a pinch
Asafoetida- a pinch
Grated Ginger- 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped fresh Coriander Leaves- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients and churn well. Add some cold water for diluting. Your masala buttermilk is ready to drink.
You can also season this buttermilk with some mustard seeds and curry leaves to enhance its flavor.
